Shipping & Delivery
All orders will only be dispatched once full payment of goods is received. Orders are processed and dispatched on the same or next business day in most cases. We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Emu Tracks generally utilises International Post or FedEx for shipping services. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight and destination of the consignment. If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the courier may attempt redelivery at a later time, or your order may be left in a safe place. In the event that the delivery service is repeatedly unsuccessful to delivery your parcel, it may unfortunately be returned to Emu Tracks. If you are not home during normal business hours, it may be worthwhile considering using a business address for delivery to provide greater prospect of a successful and prompt delivery.
Incorrectly supplied delivery address details may result in your purchases being delayed or returned, so please ensure your delivery address details are correct, including the post/zip code. This should be the mailing address your postal authority uses to deliver your mail. If you reside in a multi-story building and your mail is delivered to a post box or locked bag, submit that address. Any associated extra costs or fees related to resending the order due to incorrect delivery address details are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Should your order not arrive within the target delivery timeframe, please be aware that we may not be able to lodge a missing parcel enquiry with International Post until 30 working days have elapsed from the time of despatch. If you do not receive your parcel, you can notify us by email at info@emutracks.com including name, order number and email address where we can contact you. We will advise of the tracking progress as soon as we receive updated information.
Emu Tracks is not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please also note that while Emu Tracks makes every effort to ensure smooth and timely delivery, we rely on third party freight services, and we have limited influence or control over their methods or operations. Replacement items may be dispatched at the discretion of Emu Tracks after we have made reasonable tracking attempts.
Standard International Post Services
While we may be able to provide indicative estimates on delivery times, we are not able to provide any guarantees as there may be delays or unforeseen circumstances relating to freight movements, Customs inspections or related matters. Please allow 6 to 20 business days for delivery depending on the destination.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to settle any applicable fees levied by the destination country that may be required to complete delivery. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Emu Tracks has no control over any charges that may be applied and are generally not able to advise if there will be any extra costs and what the total of these may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local Customs office for further information. When Customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our control.
Express Post International
International Express Post options are offered providing a faster and more secure service but at a greater cost. The cost of International Express Post is calculated based on the total weight and destination of the consignment.
